Registration for 2024-2025-Please Contact the Religious Formation Office
Please read the following information:
Registrations may be completed online or in person during office hours. Please fill out one form per child. Online payment options for registration fees are shown below. Certificates required may be submitted online or in person, registration will be considered complete and student enrolled only when the following are completed:
1. Completed Registration From,
2. Required documents and certificates submitted either in person to the Religious Formation Office or online below, and
3. Payment of registration fee either online or in person to the Religious Formation Office, or the Parish Office.
Your child(ren) will be considered complete with registration once all of the items above are complete.
